He is, Also, Certified by The NCARB (National Council of Architectural Registration Boards), Which is The Licensing Organization That Regulates Professional Practices in The Field of Architecture. The NCARB Certificate Allows Architects to Transfer Their Professional License & Credentials to Any State in The United States of America & Its Territories, in Order to Allow Them to Practice Architecture Nationwide.
